In the process of becoming innovative  creative  or unique, so  that the economy variable of the world is made available to those that need them. And also the act of being entrepreneur, which   is the one  who undertakes innovations, financial  and business acumen in an  effort to transform  innovation into economic good. Therefore the term  entrepreneurship can be traced back to  as  early as the middle ages, and also the  process  of using available capital  in any form for business endeavours in an open   and  free  market economy for the sole  purpose of making profit, an  entrepreneurship can able
to bear risk at all levels  to say  all level of business whether  big  or small.

Thus, entrepreneurship  is trying to let us know that one can start up something on hi or her own by building yourself towards  achieving some certain goals,  and also embark on economic and commercial activities  necessary for the improvement of the standard of living of the society, and tried to bridge the gap between science market and technology. As scientist are known to be an  inventors, but  it highly depended on the entrepreneurship to commercialize the  invention.

Philosophy of technical and vocational education
Secondary education in the Nigeria context includes vocational and technical education. However, the Nigeria education at and the educational laws  do not show agreement in the definition of a secondary school,  but  also always been understood to  include vocational and technical education. For instance sections 2  of  the education Act  (Lagos )  1967  defined a post primary school as “ a  school or department of a school designated as post primary school by the minister and includes  a modern commercial secondary , technical and trade school and a teacher training institute. Some of the philosophy of vocational and technical educational has been documented as
1. To inculcate the spirit of self reliance, industry and versatility
2. To Whom It May Concern: equip the  student to live effectively in a modern age of science and technology
3. To Whom It May Concern: afford a large number of  student the  opportunity to high  quality irrespective  of their social background .
4. To diversify the curriculum so as to cater for difference in talent and to anticipate the variety of opportunities open the  student after competing the course

CONCLUSION
However, an attempt was made all the major concept and emphasized the role of vocational technical education and training for self reliance and national development.  Thus, now acceptance of vocational technical education and training as   a means of intervention in the normal carouse of development by Nigerians may eventually brought about a setback in national development .
Therefore, as entrepreneurship is key therefore it to be successful, there is every need for entrepreneurship to come into p[lay before the said goals  and objective will be achieved
