ACT OF TERRORISM, INHUMAN AND DEGRADING TREATMENT, TORTURE AND DEPRIVATION OF

hereinafter be referred to as our Client pursuant to the above subject. Our instructions
are as hereunder represented.
1. That in furtherance to the compliant of 15th July, 2013,
by our Client to your office which is currently being investigated, we wish to
further state as follows:

(f) Mr. F (a.k.a. Africa)
(g) Mr. G (a.k.a. Angel) marijuana salesman to 2

They
are all living at …………………… (Address here).
4. That as soon as the above-mentioned persons
confronted our Client in his/her farm/office/workshop/stall (as the case may be) aforesaid, they
released two gun-shots and one of them Mr. D immediately grabbed our Client and
others helped to push him down between the heaps in the farm/office/workshop/stall
(as the case may be). They searched
him and deprived him of his belongings which include;
(a) N12,450.00
(twelve thousand four hundred and fifty kobo only)
(b) Nokia Mobile phone with SIM No. 080xxxxxxxxxxxx
register with MTN,GLO, AIRTEL, ETISILAT Mobile Communication.
5. That they threatened to kill our Client
should he raise any alarm.
6. That Mr. A (a.k.a. Walter) shouted that
they had caught a big fish whose children are bankers and ordered his boys to
carry our Client through a bush foot path to their hiding place where they
would demand and receive a huge some of money from our Client’s children before
they would release him.
7. That they carried our Client up through the
said foot path and on the way, the deputy leader would shout “K-I-S-S” and at
this commend they would slide our Client back on the foot path.
8. That after our Client for a distance they
dropped him and ordered him to walk fast. And as he was walking weakly they
continued pushing him and spitting on him.
9. That while they were marching our Client to
a place unknown to him, they met one Mr. H and his son Mr. I, coming from the
opposite direction on the said footpath.
10. That Mr. H and his son asked them where they
were marching our Client to and instead of replying them, they started beating
the duo, Mr. H and his son.
11. That after beating them, their leader
(Walter) commanded his group to march our Client back to the ……………………. Road
from there they would carry our Client to ……………… Community Secondary School
Field.
12. That at the front of Mr. J compound along ………………………
Road, the …………… Youths confronted them, that is Walter and group
13. That based on the confrontation, the Walter
and Group left our Client and went away with our Client personal belongings
they seized from him.
14. That based on the illegal marijuana sales and
distribution being carried out at ……………….. village/town by Mr. C (a.k.a. Water),
the …………………. village on …………… (date here)
(month
here), 20….., gave the said Walter 30 days Quit Notice to pack out of …………….
village.

15. That on or about ……. (month here), 20……., One
Mr. K (a.k.a. Esele-Ego), ordered Mr. L never to come or pass through any part
of …………………. Community since he (Mr. M) reported Walter and Group to the police.
16. That Mr. G was always holding meetings with
Walter and Group showing that he conspired with the said Group to treat our
Client detailed above.
17. That since (date, month and year here) after the above Group dealt with our
Client the way mentioned above he has been sick and weak. But now that he is
getting better he now consulted us as herein represented.
18. That the son of Mr. H, mentioned in paragraph
9 above was beaten to a coma with his ear drums destroyed leaving him in a
state of deafness. He is now receiving treatment at General Hospital at
…………………. (address here).
19. That these hoodlums have vowed to burn down our
Client’s house and to kill ever member of his family should he report this
matter to the police.
20. That their leader Mr. A (a.k.a.Walter) has boasted
that the police at …………………………. are under his pay roll and would never arrest
him nor any member of his gang.
21. That consequent upon their threat to the
lives of members of our Client’s family, they are now living in hiding and
could no longer go about their legitimate businesses for fear of being attacked
since they carry guns about unchallenged by anybody.
22. That Mr. B and gang are equally boasting that
they would kidnap our Client’s grown up children working at the Bank and to
kill them should they fail to pay them heavy ramsome.
PRAYER: We are therefore Sir, urging you to use your
good offices to bring the above mentioned
persons to book to allow our Client , members of his family and law
abiding citizens of …………… village to have peace and go about their lawful
businesses unmolested by this gang.
