technical and vocational education began
as an organized sector of the education system, which both of
them focuses on preparing an individual
for better opportunity of being self employed.
The foregoing starting observations
do not mean that all nation are undergoing all the changes at the same time and at the same rate.
The rate of absorptions is governed by
several factors such as historical background, social fabric cultural ethos, geographic location
demographic density, political
system,
economic policy, technological level and educational development.
In spite of these variation, many countries are
undergoing a process of restructuring in their
industrial, economic, employment
and educational systems, though a varying
degrees, but we have seen that both
technical and vocational education is of the same footstep of making national growth and development
attainable.
