COURSES AVAILABLE AT IMSU PRE-DEGREE SCHOOL
- First and foremost, Extra-mural programme is for candidates who have deficiencies in their O’level exams and seeking remedy examination conducted by accredited public examination bodies like WAEC, NECO and NABTEB or UTME conducted by JAMB.
- Furthermore, Subjects covered in the programme, include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Government, Literature-in-English, Igbo, Christain Religious Knowledge, Economics, Geography, Agricultural Science, Computer Science, French, History, Commerce and Principles of Accounting. Candidates will be required to register on their own with the public examination body of their choice.
- Similarly, the Pre-degree Programme is only for candidates who already possesses university admission requirements and seek to undergo a year pre-degree study preparatory for subsequent admission into the 100Level Degree Programme of the Imo State University.
- Finally, the IMSU predegree programme will be available in the Sciences, Business, Social sciences, Computer sciences, Humanities, Education, Engineering, Law, Medicine and Health sciences.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE INTO IMSU PRE-DEGREE SCHOOL
Follow the guideline below to the latter and you will be able to apply for this admission;
- Visit the University official website www.imsu.edu.ng
- Click on ”Online Application’
- Click on 2016/2017 Generate Extramural & Pre-degree Application invoice
- Enter your Phone Number.
- Click on submit
- Enter your Full-name, email address
- Now you need to click Submit to print your invoice
After you have completed that process above, proceed to the bank to pay a non-refundable fee of N6,500.00 using the invoice number on your generated invoice. (Please get correct payment information directly in the school or banking hall)
In the banking hall, go ahead to obtain a T-Pay ePin from the bank as your access code
After successful payment in the bank, return to your computer or cyber cafe to access the IMSU Admission portal once again.
Once at the IMSU portal, simply Repeat Steps (1) – (3) explained above
Complete and submit online Supplementary Application Form.
Print out your “Acknowledgement Slip”. End Here.
