Whenever we talk about the growth of enterprises,
we are referring to those things that make organizations effective and
efficient which, inadvertently increases the profit making of the those
enterprises. Also, we look at the forces in the market
(demand and supply) which determines the competitive strength of a company's product and the market position.
Again let
us discuss the following for proper
understanding of the
profitable growth of an enterprise and economic
goods.
1. Environment (societal environment)
2. Goods and services.
3. Social Responsibility
1. Environment (Society)
Society is one of component of external environment that
constitutes the place in which an organization is established.'
This deals
with the people (male and female or adult and kids) that lives in that
particular geographical area.
To a large extent, these people determines
the type of goods and services to be produced by
organization (demand) which if well or favourably satisfied will lead to profit
making and unarapabtf the company will record a profit growth.
2.
Socio Economic Goods
Whenever we talk about
socio-economic good, we are
referring id these goods that have both social and
economic values, and that are viable is a society of their produced, for
instance/"before an organization produces any product, that organization
should survey and know life style of the purple, the behvaviour in relation to
demand and the Acceptability of the product.
Again economically, the company should, know, (after the product
shall have been accepted') the best way to make the product viable and visible
in the market.
3. Social
Responsibility
Some years
ago, business organization has as their only concern
the profit making.
In the present day organizations, the reverse is almost the case
because communities in which the organizations exists have their own needs to
meet. The following are the units to whom the organization owes some responsibilities.
1. The community
2. The government etc
There would have be the need to elaborate on the
points mentioned above but for the sake of time which is limited and the volume
of the work, it is pertinent at this juncture to cut it short till we discuss
them (the units) later in our subsequent writings.
