THE IMPACT OF EDUCATION ON THE SOCIETY

The word called “automatic” today, that is the substitution of work by knowledge and concept for work by human hand is a first impact of educated society. The question whether the essence of automatic lies in specific machinery and technical idea or whether it lies in the basic concept about the nature of work. The educational capacity as much as natural resources or an industrial plant is becoming a crucial factor in the international trade economy development and economic competetion.education development above all has become a central problem of poor countries. Many of these underdeveloped countries spend a large proportion of their
national income on education than those of developed countries.

This education inequality is a serious international problem. Its inevitable result is to make inequality greater to make the danger that will push poor under developed countries into the totalitarian camp for a totalitarian training, so as to raise enough money for rapid development of education even in the poorest countries, practically all poor underdeveloped countries are much poor than Russia was in 1917 and still much futher behind in education (Jean, 1962).
