TERMS OF
AGREEMENT
Documentation stating an agreement reached by the
following parties to the agreements:
The first party
involves:
CHIEF FIDELIA N.
OKORO,
from Ndufu Ezzama, HON THOMAS STANLEY and
MR EDEH SAMUEL both from Ohinya and
Ezza Nkerefi respectively.
The second
parties were:
MR. SAMSON
EDWARD
and MR. GRADOM MICHAEL both from Idembia and Ameka respectively.
The
issues and facts of the agreement was technically between CHIEF FIDELIA N. OKORO
and MISS
VERONICA EDWARDS with people of the respective parties serving as witnesses
and participants to the agreement.
The
agreement was based on the condition for employing MISS. VERONICA EDWARDS as
a salesman on the said stall acquired by CHIEF FIDELIA N. OKORO along Enugu-Anambra
Road, Enugu State.
The
condition/terms of employing the said MISS. VERONICA EDWARDS as moved by MR. NWEKE CHRISTIAN which was
seconded by HON. SAMSON EDWARD and MR. DANIEL EDEKO were based on the following
condition:
1. That
the said employee must give strictly without underhand account of money
generated from the sales each day.
2. That
the said employee must be fully responsible for his misdeed and must not be
insubordinate.
3. That
the said employee must not receive any specific amount of money as a pay for
his services within the first three months of his stay. And was noted that his
services within the three months should be return not necessarily in liquid but
by the choice of the employer.
After
aforementioned terms of the agreement has been giving due scrutiny and
consideration by the second parties, MISS. VERONICA EDWARDS accepted the
terms of the agreement under no dues as a needed necessity to be accepted by
any employee. This was also seconded and approved by MR. MAZBE NUMEDI within
the respective party.
The above
fact-issue of the agreement took place at MR. SAMSON EDEH compound on the (date).
This was arranged by the both parties under no blackmails and compulsion.
