Pegmatite outcrop along Nassarawa- Eggon road with conspicuos muscovite grain


This location is also part of the basement complexes which are mainly made up of pegmatite and gneiss which have undergone metamorphism due to relic’s structure. During this metamorphism there is segregation of mafic and felsic minerals know to compose of
palesome, (dark colour). Other features seen here is that texture is graphic and pegmatite compose of quartz, mica, muscovite.
