New Regulations and JAMB Revised requirement: Hello everyone, welcome to today's article where we featured JAMB 2018/19 New Regularization Procedures/Guidelines [with some Photos/Screenshots]. In the first place, the main aim of this new regularization is to ensure that the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) have all your current school admission detail.

All these details are expected to finally tally with admission/registration record in the school that offered you admission in Nigeria.

Why write this article on JAMB regulation? Its simple because, firstly,  this new regulation allows candidates with admission but with no prior record with JAMB ability to register on the platform.

Secondly, this Process is either called JAMB Regularization Or Late Application Method!!! Furthermore, keep in mind that this year 2017 regularization payment/procedures is quite similar to last year process, the only difference is the payment mode.

As a matter of fact, after the new JAMB Registrar took over some time ago, he brought in a lot of changes has been made on the official JAMB Website, such as the design and the placement of the E-facility activities. If you can remember vividly that the use of JAMB scratch card has also been banned/suspended as online payment method will serve as the new method.

WHICH STUDENTS ARE TO REGULARIZE 

The following categories of students in Nigeria are particularly affected;

1. First and foremost, 200–500 Level students admitted through Pre-Degree programme (PDS) without JAMB Information; 200–500Level students admitted through JAMB mode but found no admission information on the JAMB website
2. Secondly, Students admitted through JAMB mode but with different admission information on JAMB website
3. Above all, every students admitted through PDS/JAMB mode but had been offered admission elsewhere i.e. tertiary institution

DETAILED INFORMATION USUALLY NEEDED DURING REGULARIZATION PROCESS WITH JAMB

These are the necessary information to be supplied for regularization include the following:

• (a) Matriculation Number
• (b) Full Names
• (c) JAMB Registration
• (d) Number and/PDS Number
• (e) State of Origin 
• (f) Local Government/Area (LGA) 
• (g) Gender
• (h) Date of Birth
• (i) Course Code
• (j) Course Name
• (k) Full Address
• (l) Year of Admission as applicable to admission in the University

PROCEDURE/STEP ON HOW TO REGULARIZE YOUR JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER FREE

In the first place, before candidates will be allowed with this procedure an account is required to be created on the portal

1. →Presently, Click Here To Create an account, Fill all the necessary information required [Be-careful do not make mistakes on your phone number and email address, after account creation click on signup.
2. →Next, You Can Now Login with the registered details in the login page
3. →However, on The Dashboard, You Can See different E-facility option , Click On Regularize Admission
4. →Furthermore, the Payment Confirmation Page Will Be Displayed, You have two payment option [Online Or Bank Payment]
5. →Above all, review the details displayed on the Confirmation Page. Also, note the Transaction ID displayed in bold in red. The Transaction ID is useful for all future references concerning the Transaction. A copy of this transaction ID will be sent to your registered email address.
6. →As a matter of fact, Click on the Continue button if you wish to pay with your card immediately. No doubt, if you wish to use other payment channels like ATM, Cash at the Bank and Quickteller, please note the transaction ID as it will be required.
7. Of course, on the Interswitch Payment page, enter your card details and click on the Pay button. Please note that the status of your payment will be displayed on the “My Payment Section” An SMS and email containing your unique Transaction Identification and payment status will be sent to you after payment. Click on the Continue button.
8. →Meanwhile, once payment is completed, you will be asked to provide the following: a. Year of Exam and b. JAMB Registration Number
9. →Immediately after entering the information correctly, the application form will be displayed. You are to fill the application form online. For this reason, please take note of mandatory fields.
10. →All things considered, Click Submit to complete your application
11. →Afterwords the submission, an Indemnity form will be displayed for printing.
12. →From here on, this is to be filled and taken to your institution for Approval.
13. →In the light of this, your institution will be responsible for submission of the approved form to the JAMB state office accordingly.
14. →Generally speaking, once received, the Approved form will be uploaded into your profile. You will receive a notification when this is done.
15. →Given these points, JAMB will now process your application. If Approved, your details will be changed as requested.

1. After Your application is processed, Log in back to the portal and click on the link Check Admission Status,
2. Enter your jamb registration number and click on check admission status
