ABSTRACT
For effective Administration and supervision to take
place in the school system, it must be based on sound principles and ethics,
which serve as guide for supervising teachers, principles and strategies are
intended to aid supervisors, individually and collectively in maintaining a
high level of ethical conduct. They are not laws but standard and pertain by
which the supervisor determine and administer the propriety of his or her
conduct in his relationship with teachers, students, colleagues. the strategies
are principles that have their roots in morals. They help to decide what is right
or wrong during administration and supervision.
