Summary of
literature review
Okorie (1984), examination malpractice is one of the
causes of poor performance of students in (SSCE). It has affected the
educational system deeply that one time in 1977, the federal Military
Government of Nigeria set-up the justice subgenre, tribunal to handle all
causes of examination malpractice identifying the causes, and make
recommendation to the government. The said examination malpractices do appear
in different form.
In
summary, the success of any developing nation like Nigeria, will be determined
largely by its ability, to which will nurture new ideas, and also shape its
destiny in the light of released human intelligence. Subsequently, it becomes impetration
that Nigeria must rest her case ultimately upon education, for education alone
can develop the minds and talents capable of producing abundant and worthy
lives for all.
Furthermore, an import sign of the
long range health of a nation is the spirit and quality of its teachers. There
is no substitute for teachers, who are dedicated to their nation and to their
students.
It
is for this reasons, that developing nation like Nigeria will emphasizes the
importance of getting best people, possible into teaching and put more effort
to keep them comfortable, because the future of the nation rest on the hands of
its teachers, for the qualities they possess.
