The third hypothesis stated that “there will be a joint statistical significant influence of leadership style and perceived organizational support on job  involvement.

FB                   (1,72) = 4. 81; P < . 05
FA X B     (1,72) =10.01, P < . 05
The result of the 2 x 2 ANOVA presented in the table above shows that the first non- directional alternative hypothesis which stated, there will be a statistical significant influence of leadership style on job involvement is rejected (FA, (1,72) = 1.12 P> .05). This indicates that leadership style did not have influence on job involvement.
The second hypothesis which stated that there will be a statistical significant influence of perceived organizational support on job involvement is accepted (FB, (1,72) = 4.81,” P< .05). This indicates that perceived organizational support influenced job involvement of workers.
The third hypothesis which stated that, “there will be a joint statistical significant influence of leadership style and perceived organizational support on job involvement is also accepted
(FA x B (1, 72) = 10 .01 P < . 05). This indicates that there is a joint influence of leadership style and perceived organizational support on job involvement.
