DISCUSSION
On the educational implication to this
study, the researcher would like the Nigerian primary schools in Ebyia Development Centre to be equipped with infrastructure facilities and learning aids to facilitate
teaching –learning process.
Equally, lack of professionals that could
make adequate use of these learning aids provided by the fund ETF hinders the supposed, yielding result of
classroom outcome and the role
objective
of education Tax Fund simultaneously, therefore, professional should be trained
to take
of this responsibility .
Finally, constraints like robbery
incident in some of the primary
schools, vandalization of projects also
deprive the pupils the opportunity of enjoying necessary
facilities provides by education tax fund for viable teaching –learning.
Once these facilities are not there,
teaching – learning becomes boring instead of being enjoyable venture.
GENERAL CONCLUSIONS
The
findings of this study serves as
basis for making the following conclusions. The primary schools in Nigeria with particular reference to some selected
schools in Ebyia Development Centre
highly needed intervention
projects like that of ETF, for
qualitative and quantitative teaching and learning in the primary schools.
Secondly, pupils learn faster when they
study under conductive atmosphere or environment , hence ETF projects have effect on the pupils.
Thirdly, the schools heads in the selected primary schools decided on the nature of projects to
be implemented and how they should be.
Hence the most pressing needs of the individual schools varies.
Again, Education Tax Fund has achieved
most of its objectives through implementation of many intervention projects in
the primary schools in Ebyia Local Government
Area.
The success recorded by the fund not
withstanding, it still needs the public assistance to overcome some constraints
militating against the sole objective of the body ETF
