The micro and macronutrients are weighed and gathered
accordingly. The weighed nutrients is poured into the storage device -weighing or
measuring beam – conveyor
-hammer mill- storage device –
screw conveyor - bucket conveyor- mass flow unit - preconditioned where water and steam are added
- extruder where different dices of different sizes eg 6mm,
3mm, 2mlm etc are slotted – belt
conveyor – dryer where excess steam is supplied
to the materials for easy
drying – belt conveyor – screw
conveyor- bucket or cup conveyor –
vibrating or separating device where the pieces or broken ones
are separated from the whole ones
- storage beam- bagging or
discharging unit – sealing machine.
