Job Title: Crane Mechanical Method Engineer (M/F)
Location: Port Harcourt
Status: Resident, onshore
Duration: 9 months
Date of mobilization: 01/01/2018

Job Description
  • Firstly candidate must  prepares Major overhaul preparation and supervision
  • Secondly coordinate mobilization of vendors
  • Thirdly clarify technical requirement for the SMC
  • Similarly He/She reviews the global maintenance plan (including lubrication plan, on-condition plan, maintenance procedures and all documents/ sheets linked to the maintenance tasks)…
  • Furthermore He/She provides maintenance procedures (list of tasks, resources, durations, spares, tools, data to report) including major crane overhauls
  • As a matter of fact He/She provides on-condition monitoring plan and CBM on the relevant manual
  • Meanwhile He/She analyzes maintenance operational priced spare parts list
  • as well as must be and remain well informed of rules, instructions and procedures regarding HSE
  • Also adopts an Eco-approach at all times in the exercise of his/her duties
  • He/She must Alerts the line management when encountering any professional situation that does not comply with the principles and rules governing the carrying out of SPIE Group activities (ethics alert)
  • Of course He/She is responsible for crane & other mechanical maintenance issues
  • not only...but also He/She must reports to Maintenance Method Manager.

Profile:


First and foremost engineer level with 5 years minimum experience
As a matter of fact candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Candidate must also be fluent in English (written, spoken)
Candidate must have experience required in maintenance mechanical engineering and particularly in cranes
Equally must have good experience in CMMS
Coupled with previous experience in maintenance & crane activities on oil & gas plant.
