Requirements
- First, applicant must be between the ages of 25 and 38 years old.

- Thirdly, applicants must have Certificates in Training and Development.
- Fourthly, applicants must have good communication, writing & interpersonal skills and must be fluent in English Language.

- Then a professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) is very essential including Professional Membership of the Training and Development body in Nigeria.
