-Five Main Parts and Their Care:

THE EAR
Do not put sharp object like pen or matches into the ear to avoid ear problems
*Do not put on phone ear piece to avoid ear drum damage
*Do not put sand as a means of play into the ear
*Do not allow somebody to blow or punch you at the ear side.

THE EYE
*Do not put ant harmful illiquid like kerosene o perform into the eye
*Do not rub the hands into the eye
*Do not allow particles like sand or stick to enter your eye to avoid blindness Take foods that are rich in v A’ e.g carrot, fruits etc

THE HAND
*Always wash your hands before and after eating
*Always wash your hands after using the toilet
*Wash your hands with soap and water to prevent diarrhea and skin diseases

THE MOUTH
*Do not take anything harmful into the mouth (e.g. sand, stone or stick)
*Do not use the teeth to cut the finger nails or the foot nails
*Always eat calcium foods to make the teeth strong.

THE LEG
When sharp objects enter the leg always show the parents so as to receive first aid treatment ‘ not allow the finger nails of your leg to grow to avoid injury while playing
