This
study is to show the need for guidance and counseling in junior/ senior secondary
school in some selected school in Kaduna north local government. The general factors identified in the course of
this project include the fact that there is lack of qualified counselor, no
monitoring of students in the school environments or at home, lack of proper
guidance/ counseling programme in school also weak relationship between student
and counselors.
