The West African Examination Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO) and Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has not and will never give anybody or organization to tamper with a published, released or withheld result. The decision of these examination boadies in Nigerian and West Africa are final. If they has released a grade in a result, it is final because they take enough time to investigate schools and examination paper before they are released or decided to to seized. An examination result may be seized if the student was caught cheating during the examination.
