Factors That Militate Against The
Implementation Of 6-3-3-4 System As Encountered By Heads Of Secondary Schools
In Onicha Local Government Area Of Ebonyi State
4.1 Presentation
of Results and Findings
This chapter presents and analysis the findings of
this study in line with the five research questions that guided the study.
The results were presented in tables
showing the frequency and percentage scores of the responses of the heads and
the teachers to the items in different sections of the questions.
4.2 Research
Question One
In what way did power- politics
affect the heads of schools in the implementation of 6-3-3-4 system of
education.

From
table 1 above, which contains three items drawn from research question one, the
following responses were given. In item 1, 50 respondents strongly agree which
in 25%, 100 agreed, which is 55 10 strongly disagree which is 05% while 40
(20%) disagree.
In item 2, 90 strongly agree which
is 45%, 102 agree and that is 51% 03 strongly agree which is 1.5% while 5
disagree which is 2.5% item 3 has the following result strongly agree 80
respondents (40%), 110 agree (55%) strongly agree has nil (0%), while agree has
10 which is 05%.
In item 4 94 strongly agree which is
46%, 100-agree which is 50% while 2 strongly disagree is 1.% and 4-disagree
which mean 2.0% of the percentage score.
4.3 Research

How did planning without accurate
data affect the head of schools implementation of the 6-3-3-4 system.

From table above, in item 5, 150
respondent strongly agree, which is 75%, 46 (23%) agree, 2(1%) each strongly
agree and disagree.
In item 6, 60-stronlgy agree which
is 30% 100 agree which is 50%, 10 strongly disagree with is 5.0% while 30
disagree which is 150%.
The result in item 7. are: 18
strongly agree which is (1.0%), 10- agree which is 5.0% while greatest number
of 108-stronlgy disagree which is 54% and 80 disagree which is 40%

In table 3 above, item 9 indicates
that 60-respodnent strongly agree which is 30%-agree which 45% while 10
strongly disagree which is 5.0% and 40-disagree which is 20%.
In item 10, 8-stronlgy disagree
which is 4.0% and 60 disagree which is 30%. The result in item 11 shows that 50
respondent (25%) strongly agree, 94 (40% agree), 6 (30%) strongly disagree and
40 (20) disagree while 20 (10%) strongly disagree and 50 (25%) disagree.

From table 4 above , in item out of
200 respondents, 180 (90%) strongly agree, 17 (8.5%) agree, but only 1(0.5%0
strongly disagree, and 2 (10%) disagree.
In item 14, 100(50%) strongly agree,
(25%0 agree while 12 (6.0%) strongly disagree and 38(19%) disagree.
The result of item 15 shows that 4
respondents (2.0%) strongly agree, 20(10%) agree while 140(17%) strongly
disagree and 38(18%) disagree.
In item 16 it indicates that 120
respondents (60%) strongly agree, while 75(375%) agree, no respondent (0%)
strongly disagree while 5(2.5%) disagree.

From taste 5 above, the result shows
that in item 17, 45 (22.5%) strongly agree – 90(45%) agree while 15 (7.550
strongly disagree and 40 (20%) disagree.
In item 18, 110 respondents strongly
agree which is 555, 73-agree which is 36.5%, 5-stronlgy disagree which is 25%
and 12 disagree which is 6.0%
The result of item 19 indicates that
only 1 respondent strongly agree which is 0.5%, 5 agree which is 2.5 while 150
respondents which is 75% strongly disagree then 44 disagree which is 22%.
Finally in item 20, 90 (45%)
strongly agree 60 (30%) agree, while 4 (2.0%) strongly disagree and 36 (18%)
disagree.
