Below
is the diagramme that analyzed the inter-relationship between the profitable
growth of enterprises socio-economic goods and social responsibility.
The
diagrammes above tries to intimate us of the relationship between the
organization, the employees, the goods and services it renders to the society
and the social responsibility of the organization to the society.
(1) PROFITABLE
GROWTH OF ENTERPRISES ECONOMIC GOODS
Whenever
we talk about the growth of enterprises,
we are referring to those things that makes an organization effective and
efficient which inadventerstly increases the profit making of the same
enterprise.
Also,
we look at the forces in the market (demand and supply) which determines the
competitive strength of company as product and the market position.
Again
let us discuss the following for proper understanding of the profitable growth
of an enterprise and economic goods.
1.
Environment
(societal environment)
2.
Goods and
services.
1. Envrioemnt (Society)
Society is one of component of external envrioemnt
that constitutes the place in which an organization is established.
This
deals with the people (male and female or adult and kids) that lives in that
particular geographical area.
To
a large extent, these people determines the type of goods and services to be
produced by organization (demand) which if well or favourably satisfied will
lead to profit making and unarguably the company will record a profit growth.
2. Socio Economic Goods
Whenever
we talk about socio-economic good, we are referring to these goods that have
both social and economic values, and that are viable is a society of their
produced. Per for instance, before an organization produces any product, that
organization should survey and know life style of the purple the behvaviour in
relation to demand and the acceptability of the product.
Again
economically, the company should know a (after the product shall have been
accepted) the best way to make the viable and visible in the market.
3. Social Responsibility
Some
years ago, business organization has as their only concern the profit making.
In
the present day organization the reverse is almost the case because communities
in which the organizations exists have their own needs to meet. The following
are the units to whom the organization owes some responsibilities.
1.
The employees
2.
The
customers
3.
The community
4.
The government
etc.
There
would have be the need to elaterate on the points mentioned but for the sale of
time which is limited and the volume of the work.
It
is pertment at this juncture to cut it short tile we discuss them (the units)
later in our subsequent writings.
