(1) Recruit
and train staff for a take off, if it
has not been existent. This should be
done with due consideration on the number and age of members of the church.
(2) Set-up
a Sunday school board which may comprise of the following Sunday school staff: Sunday school superintendent or co-coordinator, General Sunday school Secretary, Sunday,
school Registrar, Sunday
School Librarian, Sunday school enrollment secretary, Departmental
Superintendent, etc. They are to take care of the Sunday school administration.
(3) Use
grade system in dividing classes. The grading should also be departmentalized. Example:
the children class host 1-12 years; Youths class hosts 12-24 years; adult class
hosts 25 years and above within this departments, we may have some other grades
like 1-4 years (nursery) 4 years - 6 years (beginners) etc.
(4) Set
a target and acquaint your workers.
(5) Seek for prospects to be brought in.
(.6) Plan
and mobilize all through the appropriate machineries.
(7) Ensure
balanced diet in the Sunday school
(8) Delegate
work and supervise.(9) Organize rallies etc
