1. Would leadership style have influence on job involvement?
2. What type of leadership style is most appropriate to be adopted in an organization?
3. Will perceive organizational support have influence on job involvement?
4. Will there be any significant difference in job involvement of those that perceive their organization to be supportive and those that perceive their organization to be non-supportive?
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The major purpose of the study is to establish the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) and leadership have on job involvement of workers in an organization, bearing in mind that the effectiveness and efficiency of workers are critical to the productivity and profitability of any business organization.
