a. The welfare scheme shall involve every member
of the unit and shall be a monthly
contribution of N5000(five hundred naira ) or any
other amount as ratified by members.
b. Contributions for the
welfare scheme shall be used
solely to fund emergency welfare issues where upon the used money will be replaced by
the same member
c. At every November ending, the
welfare fund will be used as follows
1. Organize
an end of year together for the unit
2. a significant part of the contribution
will be shared to members Christmas
shopping
3. maintained in our purse
to carry us over to the next year
d. an issue shall be regarded as
welfare issue if it involves (a)
death of close relatives
(b) death of family member
(c) traditional /Christian
wedding ceremony (d) child dedication (f)
birthday party wedding ceremony (d)child dedication
(f) birthday party
(d) appointments, etc of which
the unit (UPPU) has been duly invited one of its members
ISUSU SCHEME
1. This scheme shall be a monthly contribution of N20,000 (Twenty naira )
2. The total sum collected shall be paid to each member of the physical planning unit involved in the
scheme “in-
turn
3. The
term “in turn” will be
determined by a ballot . this
must not be negotiated in any
other form
4. Each member shall sign an agreement covering the scheme
5. The scheme shall end each
year when the
last member collects his due
6. All contributions must
be paid before the 10th
of the preceding for which contribution is due
7. Failule to pay when due
attracts penalty fo N2000 (TWO THOUSAND NAIRA )
which will accrue to members of
the ‘isusu
