PRESENTATION OF
RESULTS AND FINDINGS
Data
analysis is the categorizing, manipulating
and summarizing of the data to obtain answers to research questions. The
purpose of data analysis is to reduce
the /collected data to
intelligible and interpretable form so
that the
relations or research problems can be studies and tested.
This
chapter deals mainly with
presentation of analysis and interpretation of findings. In
order to investigate the availability,
adequacy and utilization of
instructional resources in the
NCE programme of national teachers institute
in Ebonyi State . the
researcher will bring,
together
the number of questions that relate to the
research questions, formulate , calculate, the total number of test items and find the
percentage of responses.
As
mentioned in chapter three , all the responses to the question will be
tabulated in a simple
percentage interpretative method. Based on its data collected, the research will be tested, for
this researcher to determine the availability adequacy and utilization of
instructional resources in the NCE
programme of the national teachers
institute in Ebonyi State.
The results analyzed are based on, the
percentage shouting the respondents
opinions for easy analysis, both very
much available and available are tested as one, while fairly
available and not available are tested
as one. Same applies to very high and high tested as one and low
and very low tested as one

FINDINGS:
In
table one above, questions 1,
2,3, 4 and 10 , 74%, 90%,
59%, 90% and 80%
respectively of the respondents agreed on the availability of the itemized
instructional materials whereas 26%, 10%, 41%, 10% and
20% respectively, disagreed on the
availability of itemized instructional materials.
Also
in table
one above, questions 5.6.7 8
and 9, 12% , 5% 10% , 11% and
27% respectively agreed on
the availability of the itemized
instructional materials whereas 88% , 95%
90%, 89% and
73% disagreed on the availability
of itemized instructional materials
However, from the analysis above,
