1.4 STATEMENT OF THE
PROBLEM
The most common problem encountered in the course
of this project work is the unwillingness of the respondent groups to let loose
the knowledge of the herbal drug sources. Other problems encountered includes:
punishment
by spirits, so breaking the rules behind would attract evil spell as believed.
Therefore, loyalty must be pleaded to appease the gods.
Another problem encountered is the fear of loss of
jobs,
there
is general fear expression that the traditional medicine would be mordenised
and converted into orthodox drug and this will effect their patronage without substantical
vantages.
