First and foremost, you must purchase an electronic PIN at the cost of Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Naira only (N2,800) from any of the following banks.

3. First Bank of Nigeria Plc – Okpara Ave., Enugu
4. FCMB – Garden Ave., Enugu
