Consequent upon the
interview conducted by the (Name of State Here) State Ministry of Environment
on the 1st August, 2015, for the award of the contract as stated
above; I am directed to inform you that your company has been awarded the
contract for the clearing of grasses(Road median and verges), sweeping of roads,
trimming of flowers and maintenance of roadside drains, including picking of
littered waste in zone one.....
1. In Warri, Enugu, Abakaliki, Portharcourt etc
metropolis at a yearly contract sum of fourteen
million one hundred and nine thousand four hundred and eighty Naira
(14,109,480.00) only or monthly sum of one million one hundred
seventy five thousand seven hundred and ninety naira (1,175,790.00) only.
2. You are
requested to liaise with the State ministry of Justice and Environment for the
drawing-up of the contract Agreement of the project.
3. You are also requested to
indicate in writing (within seven days) your acceptance of the award.
