AFRICAN WOMAN FASHION CENTRE APPRENTICE AGREEMENT FORM




This is an agreement made on the ………………day of …………. 200 ………… between Miss …………………………….of No.1 (name of complete address) of Nigeria (hereafter referred as Mistress/CEO on part of the agreement and Miss………………………… on No……………………..hereafter referred as the apprentice) in this agreement and of the other part.


NOW THIS AGREEMENT READ THUS:
That the mistress/CEO agrees to train and the apprentice agrees to learn all pertaining Hair Dressing work with the above establishment.

That it was agreed that apprentice will learn the work for the period of ……….years.

That the negotiated amount for the duration of the apprenticeship period is ……………………………………

That cut of this amount, the sum of ……………………….was paid as advance, leaving a balance of ………………….. which will be paid before the expiration of the apprenticeship period.

That during the continuation of the agreement the apprentice should adhere strictly to the laid dawn rules/instructions of her mistress, that she should handle all working equipment and customers carefully.

That stealing is punishable and may lead to termination of apprenticeship without refund.

That the apprentice should not associate himself/herself with people of questionable characters.

That the apprentice should not free himself/herself before the expiration of the  apprenticeship period, if this is done, the apprentice is duly bound to pay the sum of ………………………….for breach of agreement. That the master will teach the apprentice all techniques within her hair-dressing reservoir.

That the mistress/CEO will not drive away the apprentice before the agreed time without a reasonable reason.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT ARE GUIDING THE WORKSHOP
1.                  The apprentice must always show obedience
2.                  Damage of any property in the workshop by the apprentice should be automatically paid for.
3.                  Stealing in the workshop is not tolerance. This means that the apprentice has to report to her master/madam on whatever things she takes or makes use of. OR if such an apprentice refuses to give clear response on the issue taking or incase of missing something and at last found guilt, should immediately paid the sum of (N5,000) and as well shall automatically break the agreement between her and her master.
4.                  Fighting in the workshop is (N5,000)
5.                  Absenteeism without necessary reason will be punishable.
