ABSTRACT
The impact of an auto responder cannot be over emphasised in online marketing industry. Lots of people talk about auto responder and how you can use it to grow your business online. But what actually is an auto responder? An auto responder is a program which automatically generates a response when it receives information. It automatically sends an email to people in response to their quest. It doesn’t mean it writes the email for you but rather it uses a sequence of prewritten email that are sent out to prospects on your database at regular intervals. The objective of this seminar work “impact of using auto responder for online marketing in online supermarket is to review the nitty-gritty of using auto-responder in our online supermarket whether to abide by it or not putting into consideration the pros and cons of using it. Auto-responder indeed serves important role in online marketing industry and it stands inevitable. This concept is adopted by people who want to send
instant response when they receive email to let sender know that email has been received and a reply could be expected. It is commonly used on customer service site to tell people that their request has been received and that they will be processed within a set of time. Therefore it’s highly recommended in the growing of online business for maximum output.
