First Nation airline that its headquarters is located in Lagos, Nigeria. The company is founded and chaired by the ex-CEO of Bellview Kayode Odukoya, he has received its first three leased Airbus A320-200 aircraft in early April 2011. The three Airbus A320s were repossessed by the lessor, Aviation Capital Group.


Though First Nation have not been available for a long time but finally the First Nation resumed daily flights to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in October 2013. Its fleet consists of two Airbus A319-113s formerly owned by the Italian low-cost airline Wind Jet.



FirstNation Airways serves the following destinations:
  • Abuja (Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport)
  • Lagos ( Murtala Mohammd International Airport)
  • Port Harcourt (Port Harcourt International Airport) 

The Fleet

In the year April 2011 the First Nation Airways fleet consisted of 3 Airbus A320-200 which were returned to lessors in October 2012 .The airline currently operates (as of August 2016) 2 Airbus A319-100s registered 5N-FND named “Endurance” and 5N-FNE named “ Faith”.

The History About First Nation 

The FirstNation Airways (SS) Limited is a passenger Airline based in Lagos-Nigeria. The Airline currently operates fleet of Modern Airbus A319 aircraft. Service is currently provided on domestic routes within Nigeria. And   will expand to other Cities within Africa. The management is made up of some of the most talented professionals in the airline industry.

The First Nation airline operate using the three ‘SSS’ principle, of SAFETY SCHELDULE and SERVICE  providing world class, safe, reliable service  and delivering good passenger experience on ea<ch and  every flight both on ground and in-flight.
