This is to notify the general public that INEC has started recruitment of staffs for different positions for elections. All interested persons should read more below to see the procedures of filling the application form online.
New Applicant
If you are a new applicant, that is, you have never registered on this platform then follow the
instructions below.
HOW TO APPLY
Get your registration link.
A form will be presented to you, after successfully filling this form an email will be sent to you. This email contains the link to the next stage of your application.Click on the link sent to your email address.
Once you click on the link, it will take you to a page where you will be required to provide your personal information.Fill the form shown to you in step 2.
Once you have successfully provided your personal information, a profile would be created for you and you shall automatically be logged in to continue your registration. If anything goes wrong at this stage, please remember to login with your username (Email Address) and password to complete your registration.Upload your passport photograph.
You will be required to upload a recent passport photograph. Please make sure the size is not larger than 200KBComplete your registration.
This is the final stage of your registration. you will be asked to provide your Referee, Guarantor, Next-of-kin, Account and Employment details.Print your acknowledgement slip.
Once you have successfully completed your registration, print your acknowledgement
slip.

Outlined below are the various positions available and their requirements, Please make sure you read

before you begin your registration.
STATE CONSTITUENCY RETURNING OFFICER
Requirement: Must be a Serving Vice Chancellor of any University or Retired Justice/Judge of Federal High Court.SENATORIAL/NATIONAL AND STATE CONSTITUENCY RETURNING OFFICER
Requirement: Must be a Serving Professor in any Federal Tertiary Institution or Retired Justice/Judge of Federal High Court.LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA (LGA) COLLATION OFFICER
Requirement: Must be A Lecturer of Federal Tertiary Institution Or Member of the following Professional Associations (NMA, ANAN, PSN, NSE, NIA, NIQS)SUPERVISORY PRESIDING OFFICER
Requirement: Must be an INEC Staff or Federal Public Servant (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) Grade Level 10-14 at State Level.PRESIDING OFFICER
Requirement: Must be a serving NYSC Member.ASSISTANT PRESIDING OFFICER
Requirement: Must be a serving NYSC Member , Student of penultimate year in Federal Tertiary Institutions, Former NYSC Member that participated in 2011-date Electoral activities or Federal Government Employee Grade Level 07-09 possessing minimum of National Diploma/equivalent at State Level.
Returning enrollees should enroll based on the appropriate category that currently
applies to
them.
