The company is made up of 60 workers
with 5 executive heads. It comprises of firstly Mr. A the executive director, Mr.
B the sales manager, Miss C the
secretary, Mrs. D the staff
supervisor and Mr. E the production
manger. The stationary makes products such as
refill ink, marker, A4 paper and pen. Basically about two company are producing
these products which are BIC company and Elengaza.
DEVELOPMENT
PLAN
Having noticed the increasing demand for
stationary products such as A4 paper, inks, pen and markers. The company facing
the challenges of other industries or company such as Bic industries and
Elengaza. The stationary has it mind to improve on these products such as pen
and ink and also a constant production rate that will surpass other industries.
Our company being located at the strategic part of the country precisely (ADDRESS
HERE) state will help to bridge the gap between the people living in
the urban areas and also connect item with the people living across the river
areas. About 3,000 schools are found in (PLACE HERE) area which is mainly
occupied by the village whose occupation are farming, fishing and bush hunting.
The Urban area based on its over population of both humans and company offices
are also through this medium reached. Basically most of the product about 40%
of them are generally imported from the neighbouring countries but constant
production rate will reduce this high rate loss to a minimal of about 5% or
even none.
. To create a maximum production rate
and constant supply of refill ink, A4 paper and pen for both schools, offices,
hospitals even to the local traders in the market.
ii. To also crate a medium whereby the
cost of these products will attract much patronage due to its cheaper rate and
also maintain that symbol of quality.
iii. We want to bring in different
variety into the products such as pen for construction workers, ball pen and BIC
pen for nurses and students, flip pen for pre-nursery schools and traders,
exclusive pen and marker for bankers, government officials and higher
institution.

DESCRIPTION
Owing to the oversight the company has,
and also we don’t want to come into market and just hang up but most especially
get most of the patronage through our advert and publicity. More looking at the
increasing population and the networking between the urban and rural area, we
establish the company more closer to the people and also give room for the
neighbouring countries to come in and also purchase.
