Globalization can be taken to refer to those “spatial – temporal” process of change…….(NIEs) of Asia prospered, while “Africa countries” as a whole performed poorly… it is made up of four sub-indexes Markey access; border administration;

Globalization is a multidimensional process affecting every aspect of the human life. Globalization processes in sub-Saharan African’s weak states might be counter productive under the colonial government were faced with the problem of over population. As a result of globalization, the rich have become richer and the poor have become poorer. Globalization can not be concisely classified as a recant fact it brought about significant adjustments to global labour management relations with social – economic and political constraints.

Globalization has reliably validated the articulation of women’s union activities especially at leadership positions since the emergence of workers group in Nigeria cannot be easily wide Nigeria women always have workers even in the available sector.

Consequently, there are few women in the significant women union positions and leadership. This is the same with the density women in all kings of mixed groups in the country expect for women specific and affirmative actions.
